This website is operated by ryng labs. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Online store terms
You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract in your location. You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes.
2. Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurately. Screen colours and image presentation can vary. Pink and Blue are available colourways; Black and Cream may be displayed as unavailable.
3. Wellness disclaimer
The ryng V2 is a general wellness massage device. It is not a medical treatment, diagnostic device, fat-loss device, detox treatment, or substitute for professional medical advice. Stop use if it causes discomfort and seek professional advice when appropriate.
4. Orders and pricing
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, inventory is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, fraud is suspected, or fulfilment is not possible. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5. Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and the 60-night guarantee are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Intellectual property
The ryng labs name, logo, copy, photography, graphics, and site content are owned by or licensed to ryng labs and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Third-party services
Our store uses Shopify and may use payment, fulfilment, analytics, advertising, and delivery providers. Those services can have their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ryng labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
