Free tracked shipping is included with every ryng V2 order.
Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Processing can take longer during peak periods, public holidays, and high-volume periods.
Delivery estimates
The delivery estimate for your destination is shown at checkout. Transit times begin after dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details after your order leaves our fulfilment partner. Allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to register the first scan.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if your delivery address is wrong. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfilment begins.
Delays and lost parcels
Carrier delays can happen outside our control. If tracking appears stalled or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us through the Contact page and we will investigate.
Customs and import charges
Where duties, taxes, or import charges apply, they may be collected at checkout or by the destination authority. The customer is responsible for charges not collected at checkout.
