Try the ryng V2 at home for 60 nights from delivery. If it is not right for your routine, contact us within that period and include your order number. We will provide the return instructions needed to complete your refund.

The adjustable hands-free belt is yours to keep under the guarantee.

Return condition

Return the device and included physical accessories in reasonable condition. Normal trial use is expected. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow care instructions may affect refund eligibility except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the required return is received or otherwise confirmed. Bank processing times vary.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement, repair, or refund.
