90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every order is backed by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within 90 days of receiving your item, contact us to arrange a return for a refund.

How to start a return

Email us at support@guzzleguts.com, or use our contact page, with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with simple instructions and a return address.

Return condition

To be eligible for a refund, items should be returned in clean, resaleable condition with all original components included. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value if an item is returned damaged or used beyond reasonable inspection.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a little longer to appear on your statement.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, we will cover return shipping and either replace it or refund you in full.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos, and we will make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
